	At Starkey Mortgage (WR Starkey Mortgage, LLP NMLSR#2146), maintaining superior customer service is a corporate wide commitment. In order to ensure our commitment, we have established a Customer Relations Office. The purpose of this Office is to address unresolved issues and concerns that may be beyond the scope of standard customer service issues and to ensure our customers' continued satisfaction with all of our services. While the Customer Relations Office is not directly involved with the process of originating your loan, Customer Relations personnel are knowledgeable in all areas of compliance and loan origination related laws. Our staff also have a strong understanding of state and federal regulations, and are familiar with acceptable standard industry practices. Customer Relations personnel interact with all departments and management during any necessary investigation in any area of the origination of your loan you may feel was not reasonable or appropriate. All investigations are conducted objectively with consideration of all issues that may be involved. If it is deemed necessary, recommendations are made to management so the best resolution is provided to you. Communication will be maintained with you throughout the investigation and you will be informed of the findings and final resolution.
